Amelia met the Doctor when she was just a young girl, when the Doctor's Tardis crashed into her garden shed after his explosive regeneration.
She spends most of her child hood waiting for the Doctor. When she meets her friend Rory she starts to mold him into her raggedy Doctor LOL.
The Doctor & Amy finally meet again 12 years later when they stop prisoner zero. Then another two years later they go on Adventures together on the eve before her wedding to Rory Williams. Once the Doctor discovers this he brings her back then takes both her and Rory to a romantic spot which doesnt end up going so well.
Do to the crack in her wall she can remember the different timelines.
So when The Doctor sacrfices himself to close the cracks, she regains her family and after seeing River pass by she begins to remember The Doctor and brings him back also.
With the Doctor back She & Rory again go on adventures with the Doctor.
Amy is a ganger for most of it, then they resuce her and baby River (Melody) or so she thinks. Amy & the gang minus the Doctor after Demons run are brought home by River.
Amy gets tired of waiting and she & Rory leave a message for the Doctor. When he shows up they are then almost run over by child-hood friend MELS who turns out to be their daughter and the Adventures being again. They leave her in hospital after she saves the Doctor and they go on a few more adventures before the Doctor drops them off at there place.
HE then goes on to pass 200 yrs going around on his own and this is when we catch up.
In an Alternate universe in an abandoned timeline Amy kills Kovarian for what she did. River marries the Doctor.
So that brings Amy to where we last see her wishing she could talk to the Doctor. She is told by River he is still alive. He shows up on Christmas 2 years later and the enjoy catching up..
