How did The Doctor know about River Songs' Vortex Minipulator underneath The Pandorica, and why and how did she leave it there?
The Doctor was shot full blast by a "stone" Dalek. His insides should have been scrambled, as he once stated in "Rememberance of the Daleks." Why wasn't the Vortex Minipulator he was wearing not dammaged or destroyed?
How does the Dalek know and ask for "Mercy" from River Song when Daleks have no understanding of "Pity" in their vocabulary banks?
Afret being shot, how was The Doctor able to "Pretend" to die so his other-self, Amy and Rory would leave- then go and rig the Vortex Minipulator into The Pandorica to "Reboot" the universe?
To me, it seems that Stephen Moffat needed an ending for Matt Smith's first season finalie, since all the ones before were great, and wanted to tie everything up quickly. What would you say?
