Longest traveling companion?

I was looking through Andy's list of the Doctor's companions, and was wondering who had traveled with him the longest, and for how long?

I don't mean who has known him the longest, like the Brigadier, but who has actually spent more time in the TARDIS than anyone else?

Need the info for a fanfic idea. Thanks!

From what I've been able to find Jamie McCrimmon, companion to the 2^nd Doctor, was the longest running companion, at 113 episodes! ;D
